If you are looking for a fun, new activity for your
3~4 years old child, consider S Taekwondo Little Tigers martial arts classes for preschoolers and kindergarteners. Each thirty minute class includes exercises to develop balance, coordination, and gross motor skills. Little Tigers run, jump, kick, and have a great time while improving their athleticism and the enjoyment of being physically active.
Our Kids’ Program (age 6 and up) has been designed to help your child to achieve great success in all areas of their lives.
In a typical forty five minute class students will participate in a series of drills and skills that work on their strength, flexibility and endurance. They will also increase their coordination, reflexes, and athletic skills. Best of all, they will love the excitement of learning Taekwondo kicks, forms, and self defense techniques. No two classes are ever exactly alined, and your child will look forward to each class and to spending time with their friendly classmates and instructors.
The only way that any exercise program works is if you are able to stick with it. Think about how much better shape you would be in if you enjoyed working out and, as a result, did so consistently!

Our Taekwondo Teens & Adult Classes are full of variety and the average student trains for years, not months. Taekwondo is a very comprehensive workout. In a single session, you will work on flexibility, balance, endurance and strength. With regular training you will lose weight, gain muscle tone and improve your athletic performance for other sports.
A crucial element in keeping motivated is measuring your progress and setting new goals. In this area, Taekwondo has no equal. Our color belt system and Black Belt curriculum provide you with a step-by-step process to challenge yourself and reach new levels of fitness.
One of the most popular programs at our center is our Family classes. On any given day you can watch as multiple families enter our school in their uniforms and take to the mat together.
Training side by side with your children is a truly special experience. You will share a common activity, cheer each other on as you move through the different belt ranks and meet dozens of other friendly families.
S Taekwondo Birthday Parties are fun, constructive and educational. Our activities are physically oriented from great games to taekwondo instructions.
Our Birthday Parties are great for ages 4 thru 13 years of age. We give all the participants the chance to: Take real taekwondo class; Enjoy 1 1/2 hours of martial arts high-energy fun and excitement; Watch the celebrant cut the cake with a real sword; All guests will get to break a real taekwondo board in front of their friends; And all guests will get a Free introductory trial lesson!

S Taekwondo Summer Training Camp will make sure that it will be your child’s best summer ever. All campers will take part in motivational Martial Art classes, Physical fitness classes, Arts and crafts, Park day and outdoor activities, Reading and Pizza and Movie on Friday. There will be special theme each week. We’ll make sure they will develop Confidence and Discipline to succeed in the coming school year and beyond.

TEAM STKD of S Taekwondo aims to produce world class athletes with the ultimate goal to prepare and help our students in their Taekwondo journey.
We are looking to raise funds to provide and support our students in need of assistance striving for competitions, tournaments and championships. Tournaments are a great opportunity for athletes to compete against the best practitioners in the nation in their age group, belt level, and weight. And as a bonus our athletes get to boast that they are national competitors when they apply for colleges and jobs.
